The Six Kingdoms

On the Grand Continent, largest landmass of the Mortal World, Soligaea

Telmeri

A Centrally located kingdom, the second largest in terms of land area. Telmeri hosts several major Academies and thrives on caravan trade. Recently, the Crown of Telmeri led (and won) a war against Mwyn Heorte, Last Citadel of the Dwarves.

Vitton

Another largely Central kingdom, with an eastern coastline. Vitton recently underwent a coup, led by the Lesser Noble House of Durnes (now the Royal House of Durnes). As far as coups go, it was relatively peaceful, utilizing more espionage than military force.

Dulmer

A huge Northern kingdom, full of both arid badlands and tundra. Dulmer's territory is primarily mountainous, and its population is mostly scattered among small, isolated villages. Dulmer's primary exports are hardy trade goods, rather than foods or artisinal items.

Vennel

A Coastal kingdom, spreading from the oft-disputed border with Dulmer to the Northern Coast of the Great Continent. Roughly half of Vennel's lands are not truly continental, instead comprising a huge archipelago that extends hundreds of miles from the shore.

Othica

A Southern Coastal kingdom, crescent-shaped save for a large desert that borders Southern Vitton. Othica's population is mostly gathered at a dozen thriving port cities, which facilitate trade between the kingdoms by connecting land caravans and shipping vessels.

Tyelva

Like Othica, Tyelva is shaped like a crescent, having gathered at the Western continental coast as a collection of feuding city-states before being united a few hundred years back by the first Tsovirn. A former mercantocracy, Tyelva's nobility have a great disdain for the modern international Merchants' Guild.
